Terms of Service
By using Netsona, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1) Service
Netsona provides tools to create a public page, connect your own domain, and optionally set up email forwarding and SMTP sending. Features may change over time to improve reliability and security.
2) Your account
- You are responsible for your account credentials and any activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep your email address current.
- You must not use Netsona for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.
3) Your content
You own the content you publish. You grant Netsona a limited license to host and display your content solely for operating the service.
Your page is public. Do not publish sensitive information you do not want publicly visible.
4) Domains & DNS
- You are responsible for owning the domain you connect and controlling its DNS settings.
- DNS changes may take time to propagate. Verification may fail temporarily during propagation.
- We may disable domain routing if it causes abuse, security issues, or violates these Terms.
5) Email forwarding & sending
- Email forwarding and SMTP sending are provided as convenience features.
- You are responsible for ensuring your DNS records (MX/SPF/DKIM/DMARC) are configured correctly.
- You must not use email features for spam, phishing, or any abusive bulk sending.
6) Billing
Paid plans (if offered) are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel future renewals from your billing page.
7) Availability & limitations
We aim for high availability, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Some outages may occur due to maintenance or third-party providers.
8) Termination
You may stop using Netsona anytime. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, or to protect the service and other users.
9) Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Netsona is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
10) Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of Netsona after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
